IS THIS THE FUTURE OF A VULCHER

WHY IS OBAMA USEING HIS HANDS UP IN THE AIR LIKE A VULCHER WITH ITS WINGS WHILE MAKING SPEECHES TO PEOPLE. WHAT I SEE HERE IS THESE MOTIONS SEEM TO OFFEND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE, BUT AFTER HEARING THAT OBAMA IS LOOKING TO DELETE EVERYTHING PRESIDENT BUSH IS SETTING UP LIKE DRILLING FOR OIL. IT SEEMS OBAMA IS PLANNING ON DELETING ALL OIL DRILLING IN AMERICA AND LEAVING US DEPENENT ON FOREIGN OIL AND FOREIGN PRICES. GAS THESE DAYS SHOULD BE AROUND $1.25 A GALLON. OBAMA ALSO DONT CARE ABOUT STOCK, ONLY THE ECONOMY, HE SAYS, BUT WITHOUT STOCK.

A vulture?

I cannot imagine that someone making over 300k a year is trolling blogs and making comments in all caps. McCain's plan for our economy assumes that if we give tax breaks to the wealthy that they will in turn pay workers better and that it will help the middle and lower class. This has proven for the past 60 yeas not to be true, if you give rich people more money they keep more money. Obama just gives straight back to the people who make less and taxes the upper class that are already making enough.

Oh and Obama isn't increasing our dependence on foreign oil he's trying to decrease our dependence on any oil. Close minded people don't see that our future is in alternative energy not in finding more oil. Although I suppose you may be the kind of person who doesn't believe in global warming or evolution so oil will never deplete in your eyes.

Even if your arguments were well thought out I always have problems trusting people who have the grammar of a freshman in high school.

hi American guy (Mike) oil is below 60 USD per barrel now and bitumen prices are falling also (take a look: Bitumen prices
so you don't need to drill your own land, buy it and enjoy! I think even when the oil prices are increasing, US prefers to buy oil not to drill. :)

I think the President you were thinking of is William Harrison. I mean, he was only President for three weeks, so I guess it is easy to understand why you wouldn't remember his name.

But it may have been good for the US had Warren G. Harding kicked it so fast. He sucked. He was only around for two years, but still managed to run one of the most corrupt administrations ever. But then again, his VP Calvin Coolidge kind of sucked too. I've heard he liked to sleep 18 hours a day with the philosophy that if something horrible happened while he was asleep, he couldn't be blamed. I don't know if that is really true though.

Another point,( not that I am pro oil), but how long do you think it would take for alternative energy to become as mainstream as oil. Way longer than Obamas term. That's why we need measures in place to keep oil prices low until we have alternative energy ready. And yeah, higher oil prices kind of force people into supporting other energy sources. But that also makes people resent their Government and then who's going to vote for Obama a second time.
